The Squad is capable of just about anything you can think of doing: a Champagne Bar, an Ice Cream Bar, a Milk Shake Bar, a Taco Bar, a Coffee Bar, a Bar Bar...

Can you customize...?
Darn right we can! We will gladly customize anything from menus to color schemes.
It’s your party… get bourgeois if you want to! We love moments of signature flair including specific colors of serviceware & napkins, custom printed serviceware, balloon décor, floral décor, & vignette staging, to name a few!

Bea is highly customizable & gives you the opportunity to punch it up a level! She offers upgraded lighting options (ahem... did you say, CHANDELIERS???), back wall artwork, custom decals, menu boards, & fabric drapes or party fringe on the back inner wall. Bea stands out by blending right into your event's color scheme, décor, & vibe.

We get it! There’s a lot of awesome food in this town – we are more than happy to party with our favorite "Friendors" including Brewnuts, Cleveland Bagel, Feelin' Good Ice Cream, District, B2's Bourbon & BBQ, Kantina, Daisy Pops, Cilantro Taqueria, & Pope’s Cocktails for your next event!

We hear you! That's the main reason that our entire Squad is 100% Electric... yup, even their "engines"! Also, all of our high-end disposables are made from recycled and/or renewable materials and all of them are compost-friendly!

We strive to use local purveyors for all of our goodies for two reasons:
1 - We LOVE CLEVELAND & every small foodie-related biz in The Land (duh!) and 2 - because the less our goods travel to us, the fresher they are and the less they negatively impact our environment. Lets keep that carbon footprint itty bitty!

We are all ears! Want to rent Bea or any of The Squad for a photoshoot, product launch, parade, or branding event? Yeah... no worries! The Squad loves a solid, short-term wardrobe change & would be more than happy to get dolled up for ya! Give us a shout!
What about all the legal type stuff?
Yeah, we might be a little crazy & creative but, safety first! Sheesh!
All members of The Squad are fully insured for incidents, accidents, & catastrophes. We are also fully insured as an operation & happy to provide a COI to any venue in the city. Last but not least, many members of our team are ServSafe Certified.
