Securing Your Date – Hosted Events / Mangia Menu and Dolce Menu 
Payments are due as follows:
      • 50% of the estimated contract is due at the time of booking to secure your date 
                   Please note this deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE
      • 25% of the estimated contract is due 14 days before the event
      • Remaining estimated balance and Final Guarantee are due 3 days before the event

 

Final Guarantee
A final guaranteed guest count and remaining estimated balance are due 3 days prior to the scheduled event.  No allowances will be made for numbers less than the guaranteed guest count.  

Set-Up, Break-Down, Additional Hours of On-Site Service,  & Travel Allowance
Set-Up (based upon access to venue/space as noted in contract), Break Down, Disposable Serviceware, and Attendants/Bartenders/Servers are provided inclusive of the amount quoted.  Should additional hours beyond the hours of on-site service provided in your quote be required for your event, a fee of $150 per hour will apply. Please note that a gratuity is not included in your estimate.  Travel up to 20 Miles in any direction from 44115 Zip Code is included in your estimate.  Any mileage over 40 miles (round-trip) will be charged at $2.50 per mile. 

 

Alcohol Service 
If you are contracting Mangia Dolce to provide bartending services in any capacity, the client agrees that per Ohio Alcohol Purchase & Service Laws, that Mangia Dolce will provide bartending services, garnishes, washes, mixers, and serviceware as agreed and that the client must independently purchase the alcohol for consumption on premises.    

 

General Disclaimer
Mangia Dolce shall bear no liability of any kind for any failure to perform herein due to fire, flood, earthquakes, accidents, strikes or other labor disputes or any other act or event beyond its control.

 

Cancellations & Refunds
If the event type required a deposit and the client cancels their event at any time, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.  If the cancellation is made less than 14 days from the scheduled event, the total amount of the contracted services will be due as scheduled.  

If the event type did not require a deposit and the cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to the event, no refund will be granted. If the event is cancelled more than 7 days prior to the event, a 50% refund will be issued.    

 

Methods of Payment
Mangia Dolce gladly accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Cash, personal checks & company checks are also accepted.
